Is there any legal obligation to do any online home business of USA/UK from India ?
In now a days, online home business of other countries like USA/ UK are easily available and anybody from any country can earn money in dollars. I like to get the right answer from a person who knows about the international rules and regulations to start any online home business.
For
Goods, merchandise etc. there must be some legal obligations.
Otherwise, non-physical services via Internet, may not have any legal obligations. But you must check before actually going ahead.

As per your doubt there is no oblidation to do any online home business of any country…. The only thing is to be qualified for thier TOS ..
