Do You Enjoy Being A Stay At Home Wife And Mom?
I am 37 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child. and I stay home every day with my 15 month old daughter while my husband works every day. I do all the house hold stuff, and he works long hours, so he always gets home late. I cook and clean. It just occured to me recently I am a house wife, stay at a home mom. and I watch my daily soap opera’s every day. I don’t know how this became my life. any one else feel the same way.

yeah at times but next year i have decided to do a few papers and get a qualification so when my babies are ready for school ill be getting a new great paying job. maybe you could think about doing something like that as life does get a little boring but its way cooler that you get to enjoy your kids and not have to put them in care.

I am a stay at home mom to a 3 year old. Quit working when I was about 5 months pregnant, thought I was going to go back when he was a few months old but couldn’t bring myself to. I absolutely love it. I am extremely grateful for every single day I am able to stay home & be with my son and that we are a-ok on my boyfriends income. I also watch my 4 year old sister & 11 month old cousin. Between those three, I envy that you have time to watch any tv, hahaha. Between cleaning & these kiddos, my day doesn’t end til I’m in bed. Anywho, no, I’ve never stopped & thought ‘how did this become my life’… Are you wanting to go back to work or are you just surprised? I don’t think there’s absolutely anything wrong with wanting to go back to work once you have your baby & recover! I enjoy doing the same routine every day: play, cook, clean. But it just isn’t for some or some feel like something is missing. Maybe you just need a night away, with you and your husband. And once the baby is here & after, a night out with some friends!:)

I was a stay at home mom for about a month i went insane. We make soo much more $$ with the both of us working. & I have a life.. you lose yourself when your w/ your kids alone for that long.

I enjoy being a SAHM, but I don’t do much staying at home!! I take the kids out every day to some sort of activity. Mostly I can find them something social and creative to do for free everyday within 30mins of our front door, maybe I’m lucky but maybe I’ve been very creative getting our church, our local library and our primary school to open up for preschool activities at least once a week!
Switch off your television set and do something less boring instead!!
